I get you. My story also started out like a fairytale.​
I've worked in the media since I was fifteen, hosting talk shows, directing documentaries, and producing several radio programs. Then, I left all that behind to be with the person I fell in love with and moved 6,000 miles away from home.
You might find it romantic or crazy, like my mom did. I just had to do it.
It was tough to learn a new language and navigate a different culture far away from friends and family, but also exciting. Madrid, Paris, and Miami followed, and each time, I started over. It was supposed to be this incredible adventure, yet I was miserable in front of all these fancy backdrops. It took me a long time to realize I'd entirely dissolved in someone else's life and got further and further away from my true self. After my divorce I've had a different journey ahead of me. Instead of getting to know a new country,
I was ready to discover who I really was.
I studied meditation and communication techniques, took writing and improvisation classes, attended yoga and chakra workshops, and became a certified life coach. I created You on the Journey to help you through the challenges YOU are facing.
Every journey is unique.
Don't compare yourself to others or think that using a copy-and-paste method will bring the same outcome to everyone. You need a personalized approach. That's why I am focusing on One-on-one coaching and creating a personal experience designed just for YOU.
